Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Mirror Fox Art Gallery. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your artwork. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully.

Returns

Unless the artwork arrives damaged or if there is a discrepancy with your order, we do not typically accept returns on purchased artwork. Each piece is handled with care and described to the best of our ability. We encourage you to review all product details and images thoroughly prior to making your purchase.

Damages and Order Discrepancies

We take meticulous care in packaging your artwork to ensure its safe arrival. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging and the artwork itself immediately.

  • Damaged Artwork: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within three (3) business days of receipt. In your communication, please include clear photographs of the damage to both the packaging and the artwork. We will evaluate the damage and, if deemed appropriate, offer a refund or a comparable replacement, subject to availability.

  • Incorrect Artwork: If you receive an incorrect piece of artwork that differs from your original order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will take the necessary steps to locate your correct order and arrange for its shipment to you. The fifteen (15) day period for reporting any issues with the correct artwork will commence upon your receipt of the corrected item.

Initiating a Return for Damaged or Incorrect Artwork

To initiate a return for damaged or incorrect artwork, you must contact us at Info@MirrorFoxArtGallery.com. Your email must include:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear description of the issue (damage or incorrect item).

  • Photographic evidence of the damage to the artwork and its packaging (if applicable).

Upon review of your claim, Mirror Fox Art Gallery will, at its discretion, issue a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges on artwork. If you have an issue with your order, please follow the return process outlined above.

Refunds

If your return for damaged or incorrect artwork is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within ten (10) business days of our receipt of the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account, which is outside of our control.

If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since we confirmed the approval of your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at Info@MirrorFoxArtGallery.com.
