Our permanent creative studio and gallery headquarters are based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While our exhibitions and catalog are hosted online, all original artwork is created and dispatched directly from our Philadelphia studio.

Commercial shipping for all original artwork, sculptures, and framed collections is offered exclusively within the United States. We do not ship fine art to international destinations.
Every artwork is packed with gallery-grade protective materials. Fine art pieces, wire sculptures, and floating-framed canvases are secured in custom, impact-resistant packaging to ensure safe transit from our studio to your door.
Standard order processing for existing studio collection pieces typically takes 3 to 5 business days before dispatch. Shipping transit times vary by region within the U.S., and tracking details are provided as soon as your shipment leaves the Philadelphia studio.
Yes. All fine art shipments include full transport insurance and end-to-end tracking details sent directly via email upon dispatch.
Display your artwork indoors away from direct sunlight, extreme humidity, or harsh climate fluctuations. For wire sculptures and textured mixed-media elements, dust gently using a soft, dry micro-fiber feather duster or compressed air. Never use liquid cleaners or abrasive cloths on raw canvas, leafing, or wire components.
We strive for complete satisfaction with every acquisition. If an original piece arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact the studio within 7 days of delivery to initiate a review and return request. Custom commissions are final sale.
If your shipment shows external damage upon delivery, document the outer packaging and the artwork immediately with photos. Retain all original packing materials and contact our studio within 48 hours so we can file an insurance claim and assist you with a replacement or repair solution.
Yes. Every original painting, structural piece, and sculpture acquired from Mirror Fox includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming the artwork’s title, year, medium, and studio provenance.
