About the Artist

At the heart of Mirror Fox is the work of its founder, Chris Hunt. Working out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Chris is a contemporary working artist whose portfolio is defined by a restless exploration of texture, dimension, and striking visual contrasts.

Chris’s work challenges traditional artistic boundaries, heavily focusing on contemporary abstract expression. Through a deliberate and physical creative process, raw materials are transformed into complex, multi-dimensional narratives that invite viewers to look closer.

The Mirror Fox collection showcases a diverse range of artistic mediums, featuring everything from bold mixed-media canvases to intricate wire sculptures.

The two-dimensional works are characterized by their rich, tactile surfaces, built through the layering of acrylics, spray paint, and latex. Many pieces incorporate specialized elements—such as the precise application of silver leaf—to catch the light and add depth to the composition.

Because presentation is just as important as the piece itself, Mirror Fox also provides specialized, in-house framing services.
